We are a group of current Kinesiology Majors students at Sacramento State University. This site was created to provide pre-service students and credential professors as well as high school students to connect, learn, share, and discuss what we can do to make physical education better.

In the near future, this website will provide sample lesson plans, lesson ideas, teaching tools, and tips that will help future Physical Educators become more successful.
