Update

It's been raining and Badminton season starts pretty soon, so I am beginning to work on some badminton lessons, I hope you find them useful. If you have any questions regarding these lessons, please feel free to contact me: info@pemajors.org

Quick rainny day game set up: Combine badminton and baseball: This game can be facilitated in a classroom or in a gym.

Set up bases just like softball, but instead of using a bat and a ball, use badminton rackets and birdies instead. (the birdie doesn't go very far, and very light so it won't cause any damage). Put a hula hoop in the center.

Rules: provide students with options, they can use two hands like a baseball bat, or just one hand like badminton or tennis, whichever provides them with more success, after they hit, they can only speed walk to their bases( if you're in a gym, you can allow them to run)

The batter has to get to their bases before the birdies is placed inside a hula hoop in the center of the field.

Please consider your environment before using this game. Safety First.
